Eric specializes in residential resale, new construction, infill development, land acquisition, and strategic advising for builders and developers. Midway through his real estate career, Eric founded Inhabit Real Estate with the goal of creating a modern, highly collaborative brokerage focused on exceptional service, strong branding, and real-world expertise. Under his leadership, Inhabit has become known for serving everyone from first-time buyers and downsizers to luxury clients, investors, and sophisticated developers throughout the Portland area.
