ERIC HINOJOS

After serving as an officer in the United States Navy for 11 years, Eric Hinojos chose real estate for his next career. He approached the industry with the same determination he learned in the military, and he quickly became a source of knowledge and a fierce advocate for serving and retired military personnel looking for property in the Jacksonville area. With a focus on integrity and service, Eric helps his clients achieve their real estate goals. He and his wife, Katie, sold $31.2 million in 2021. They were Top Sales Agents for five consecutive years, and in 2021, they were named November’s Top Producers by Jacksonville Real Producers magazine.

After completing a bachelor’s degree in psychology at UCLA, Eric joined the U.S. Navy, where he served in several roles, including Battle Watch Captain and Air Operations Officer. There, he learned to solve problems, stay organized, and pay attention to details. Today, these skills are put to use by solving problems for his clients and ensuring that their transactions go smoothly.

Eric considered buying property while still in the Navy but ultimately chose not to because he lacked the knowledge to make a sound decision. He embraced the challenge, throwing himself into learning the ins and outs of real estate, and ultimately getting his real estate license. Today, his goal is to help people achieve a brighter future by providing education and encouragement to invest in property. He’s a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and his personal experience of the challenges of military life makes him uniquely qualified to help serving members find the ideal home when they’re stationed in Jacksonville.

When not running his business, Eric raises two energetic children with his wife. He also enjoys exploring fishing opportunities in the Jacksonville area and joining Katie in the kitchen to cook meals for their family.
