About Eric

Eric Howell is a Real Estate Advisor with Engel & Völkers Destin. Originally from Jackson, Mississippi, Eric Howell relocated to the mesmerizingly beautiful Emerald Coast when he was a young child. He has now called this area home for over two decades, and with that feeling of home comes a comprehensive knowledge of local culture, community, and market trends in Destin and the surrounding areas. Eric prides himself on being from a military family and applies that insight to help our local military community in their relocation needs. Eric graduated from Northwest Florida State College and spent 7 years in the insurance industry as an adjuster. This experience left him with an eye for inspection and a holistic knowledge of quality construction which he continuously brings into being a rockstar Real Estate Advisor for Engel & Völkers Destin. Eric says he chose E&V primarily because of the conversations he had with Brian Beasley and Leigh Ann Fincher. Their in-depth knowledge of the brand and proven records of success within the brokerage gave him all the momentum he needed to make the leap. An avid fisher and duck hunter, Eric says he especially enjoys time with his family because that is what life's all about. Whether boating or going to the beach, you will usually find him somewhere out in the Florida sun enjoying everything this area has to offer.
