Eric Jacobsen

Eric has worked in the real estate industry for over twenty-eight years. His background has encompassed a broad range of real estate experience including project feasibility and consulting, development and acquisitions, construction, brokerage, operations management, receivership and asset management responsibilities. Prior to forming his own company, he worked for a several successful companies in the senior housing industry.


Eric currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of the affiliated senior housing management company, Seasons Management, LLC. He also serves as President of the affiliated residential and commercial property management company, Jacobsen Real Estate Group, LLC, and serves as Chief Executive Officer of JF Construction Company. Prior to forming his own companies, Eric worked as Chief Operating Officer for a publically traded senior housing company. He was responsible for all facility operations for the company including field operations, and corporate office support.


During his tenure the company successfully brought 22 new communities on-line ranging in size from 40 to 165 beds, and grew company and facility staff from 350 employees to over 2,500 employees. Eric has also served as Director of Development & Acquisitions for the largest owner and operator of senior living facilities in the United States and Europe and participated in the acquisition and development of sixty eight new projects.


Prior to that he served as Development and Acquisitions Specialist, and as Project Manager with two other senior housing developers, owners, and operators. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Oregon. He is also a licensed real estate broker, and a licensed general contractor in the states of Oregon, California, New Mexico, and Arizona.
