About Eric

As a fourth-generation San Franciscan, I’m proud to carry on a legacy in real estate that began with my great-grandfather Sven Richard Anderson. who immigrated from Sweden in 1905. After the 1906 earthquake, Sven helped rebuild San Francisco—starting with City Hall and later developing and building homes across the Sunset District. Over 120 years later, the Janson name remains deeply rooted in this city’s history.
