Eric and Carolyn are not just any teams they have been married for 24 years and love working together which in turn brings unique expertise and a personal touch to every client interaction. Being born and raised in Benton and living in Little Rock for over 15 years gives Eric and Carolyn valuable insight and knowledge into the many diverse communities of Central Arkansas and the surrounding area.

Before entering real estate, Eric obtained his B.A. in Political Science, then received a contractor’s license to work at his family's business, Allied Glass for 9 years. He worked in thousands of homes and gained hands-on construction knowledge while garnering business management and sales experience before realizing he wanted to work with Carolyn and more directly with clients.

Both highly organized and meticulous, Eric excels in managing projects from start to finish and keeping track of all details along the way. E-pro certified Eric is up-to-the-minute on all technology involving real estate. With his smart phone, he is instantly available to respond to emails and can work primarily paperless. These have become critical skills in today’s market and have given him the proper tools to understand the market conditions.
