including a long-term ground lease with Dunkin Donuts, extensive real estate disposition for Yum Brands, Inc. formerly Tricon Global (KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, The Habit and Wing Street).
Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in California.
