Eric Kimmell

Eric Kimmell is a San Luis Obispo native and a graduate of Cal Poly with a degree in Architecture and a minor in Construction Management. Eric holds his Broker’s license and has experience in design-build, ground-up construction, and renovation. He has been involved in both residential and commercial real estate and development projects in Santa Barbara, Malibu, Greater Los Angeles, the Central Coast, and Colorado Springs.

Eric’s diverse skill set allows him to offer his clients an educated perspective when it comes to assessing and analyzing the value of a potential purchase, sale, or prospective investment project. He is well versed in multi-unit and traditional residential sales with vast experience in both the short sale and foreclosure process. He sees value where others do not and enjoys the challenge of creating income producing assets for his clients.
