Eric Knight

Eric is a native Wilmingtonian and has seen first-hand the extraordinary growth of the city and surrounding communities. Eric hails from a family of builders, developers, and real estate professionals, giving him diverse and in-depth knowledge about the regional real estate market, its history, and even its folklore.

He fully implements this knowledge, experience, and extensive professional network to ensure each of his clients attains the highest level of success in all their real estate endeavors. Eric is Broker-In-Charge of the Nest Realty Wilmington office, President of the REALTORS® Commercial Alliance of Southeastern North Carolina, serves on the Cape Fear Realtors® Board of Directors, and is the City of Wilmington's Realtor® appointee to the joint city/county Workforce Housing Advisory Committee.
