About Eric

Eric has over 10 years of experience as a full-time real estate professional. A former team leader affiliated with RE/MAX Flagship; Eric joined Lighthouse as one of the core groups during the company’s launch in March of 2013. He has been awarded the RE/MAX 100% club for many years and is also a Kent Washington Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence award winner.

Part of what helps Eric stand out from the competition is his ability to communicate with clients in a clear and easy to understand manner. He’s conscious that the majority of his clients are not buying and selling homes on a regular basis. Hence, Eric takes great care to answer questions and inform his clients about the home buying and selling process. Knowing that a real estate is such a critical investment, Eric is an expert in analyzing market data which has contributed to a long track-record of successful transactions.

After graduating Narragansett High School, Eric continued his education at Dean College in Franklin, MA, where he was a communications major and the sports director of the student radio station, WGAO. After completing his degree, Eric worked in the broadcast industry for three years, where he enjoyed being the play-by-play voice of the Pittsfield Astros, Berkshire Black Bears, Tri City Valley Cats and Siena College basketball.
