Eric is a native of Orange County and knows the area as only a lifelong resident can. Raised in North Tustin he attended local schools and has an intimate knowledge of Irvine, Orange, North Tustin, Laguna Niguel and surrounding areas including Coastal Orange County.
Eric has a tremendous amount of life experience which he attributes to the many places he has worked including for a law firm, a developer, property management company, food broker, post office, local water district and in radiology. This experience translates into added value for his clients through his calm caring approach, problem solving abilities and excellent negotiating skills.
