Eric Ligman, a forerunner of the Gainesville commercial real estate community, began his real estate career in 2005. From the onset of his career, Ligman has consistently proven himself as a multi-million dollar producer, a result of his dedication and sincere, trustworthy nature. Prior to his real estate career, Ligman was well-known as an USPTA tennis pro at one of Gainesville's most prestigious racquet clubs. From his love of tennis, Ligman developed many of the qualities necessary to make a successful realtor- tenacity, professionalism, foresight, and positivity. These qualities, along with his innate business sense, are what separate Ligman from other competitors in his field. Eric is currently actively pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in order to better serve his clients.
Eric, a Gainesville resident since 1997, first came to Gator nation as a student. Falling in love with Gainesville's big city thrill with small town charm, he decided to permanently make Gainesville his home. In 2012, Eric and his wife, Anna, were blessed with the birth of their son, Alexander. Ligman is still an avid tennis player and plays for a highly ranked USTA tennis team. Aside from tennis, he is also a huge fishing enthusiast and takes great pride in his home's 180 gallon salt water reef aquarium which he cares for himself. At home, Eric loves to spend quality family time with his wife, son, and the family's four adorable rescue dogs.
