Eric Malm

Eric was born in Providence Rhode Island, however has resided in Pinellas County for over 20 years. As such, he considers St. Petersburg his home. Eric has 18 years of experience serving students and their families within the Pinellas County School system as a professional school counselor. His counseling has helped many students and families navigate through critical issues in challenging times and led them to success in the classroom and developing a vision for their future.

Eric also worked for and devoted his time to the City of St. Petersburg Department of Leisure Services for 20 years with the Special Event Staff giving him the opportunity to not only learn about, but be a part of everything that St. Petersburg offers to residents and visitors.

Making the decision to help families in the search of their new home was a natural fit. With the heart of a counselor and the knowledge of the area Eric has placed his focus in real estate on representing sellers, buyers, and investors in the residential market.

When Eric is not helping others with Real Estate needs, he can be found with his three young daughters at the local soccer fields, gymnastic studios, or bike riding on the downtown waterfront parks.
