Eric McPhail

Eric grew up in Massachusetts and worked in sales for a marble and granite fabrication business for 20 years. In that role, he grew many strong relationships with developers, contractors and homeowners. He understands the trust homeowners place in you when entering their homes. He is accustomed to listening to you and working tirelessly on your behalf - and is passionate about the needs and goals of his clients. He will provide exceptional customer service, consistent communication, a strong attention to detail and a positive experience for all parties in a transaction: buyers, sellers, cooperating agents. Having vacationed here since the late 1980's, he has witnessed the beautiful transformation of Southwest Florida. Eric and his wife, Jenna, have been Naples residents since 2017. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family & friends, following Boston sports teams and playing golf at TPC Treviso Bay - where he is a scratch golfer and won the club championship in 2018, 2019 & 2020.
