I'm doing this Realtor business in Lincoln, and have found it is one of the hardest things I have ever done. I love it, but it's very hard in the beginning. After three months, I've written numerous contracts, have had two accepted, one was a Dual Agent (FSBO Listing), and have received a referral fee for another contract that was accepted (commercial listing, I couldn't write on it per my broker)... The one thing I think at least weekly, if not daily, is the absolutely RICH role model that you have unknowingly provided to me, regarding how to do good real estate over the past 20 years. Honestly Eric, it is one of the most prized experiences that I am bringing to the table. I just wanted to thank you for that. Hope all is well.
