His success has been in the beaches condominium and residential home market providing his clients with a deep understanding of the documentation, statutes, marketing, and pro forma requirements. He is a member of NEFAR and MLS.

Eric has a career volume of $165 million and over five hundred transactions. He has been in the Jacksonville Business Journals Book of Lists - Top 50 Realtors multiple years along with countless monthly sales awards.

Eric worked on the sales and development team for The Eastwinds, The LandMark, The WaterMark, Flaglers Crossing, Pablo Run Villas, The NorthShore, Serena Point and Pier Point Condominiums. Eric is married with three children and lives with his family in south Jacksonville Beach. They are members of St. Paul's Catholic Church.
