Eric Murtagh

Eric grew up and currently resides in the Town of Chevy Chase, and has been representing clients with their real estate needs since 1989. His depth of knowledge and expertise in ensuring seamless real estate transactions are the foundation of his business. His background and understanding of local properties has helped many clients successfully purchase and sell properties with confidence and trust.

Eric’s passion for real estate led him to earn a masters degree in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University in 1997. His approach to representing clients includes excellent customer service, a high degree of integrity, clear and defined objectives – and most importantly, honesty and trust throughout the entire process. All of these attributes are hallmarks of his 28 years in real estate.
