Eric was born and raised in Gilbert, Arizona. Graduated from top 50 business school W.P. Carey, at Arizona State University.
Following an internship with the PGA of America in Palm Beach Gardens Florida, Eric accepted a golf professional position at Schaffer's Mill Golf and Lake Club in Truckee/Tahoe. In 2011, After just one year in the golf business he received an opportunity to become a part of the real estate development team and grew passionate about the industry learning from some of the best in the business.
Eric received his Brokers license in 2018 and led the team in transactions managing over $100+ Million in sales in his time with the development team. After working with many clients through the process of buying land and building he decided to try it for himself.
In 2020, Eric completed and sold his first spec home and feels fortunate to be able to share his experiences with clients looking to build their own Tahoe dream home.
Eric is now focusing on taking what he learned from the development side to helping clients buy and sell in the Truckee-Tahoe area in addition to leading sales for a brand-new development just outside of Downtown Truckee that includes 24 townhomes, lofts and commercial space bringing a great new addition to Truckee - North Tahoe.
