Eric Pangilinan

A California native with a unique familiarity with the Bay Area.

I was born in San Leandro and grew up in Vallejo before leaving the area to earn a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Psychology at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. After spending some time in Southern California, I found my way back to the Bay Area that I loved so much and has since been living and working in Vallejo, South San Francisco, Hayward, San Jose and now Fairfield.

Due to my outgoing personality, ambition, attention to detail and sincere nature, my career path naturally evolved from engineering-heavy positions to ones more focused on sales and account management. Now, instead of managing programs and negotiating multi-million dollar contracts for the tech industry, I enjoy applying my unique set of skills and experience to real estate with the Velasco Team at RE/MAX Gold.
