Eric Prehm

Clients could say that real estate runs in the blood of Eric Prehm. This Tumwater native has experienced real estate from almost every angle. From growing up with a mom who was also a real estate broker and investor to his own career where he has spent two years as a commercial realtor, eight years as a residential relator, ten years as a sales and account manager for Stewart Title, while also personally investing in buying and selling properties and rentals.

When Eric isn't busy with his clients, he is busy with his soulmate and wife, Shawnna. Together they are busy with doting on five children and three grandkids. Clients can tell that this family man loves being outside. In his spare time, clients can find Eric and his family wake boarding and water skiing behind their boat, golfing, landscaping, and camping.

It's no surprise to hear that his favorite thing about Thurston County is the diversity in outdoor recreation activities, the natural beauty of the area, and the abundance of bodies of water.
