Eric Radecki did a great job selling my late mother's house. He helped me with contacts to empty the contents and clean the house in preparation for sale. After doing diligent research of current market conditions, he advised me with pricing. Eric also set up virtual tours of the house online including visuals of what the interior would look like furnished. He kept me informed whenever there were inquiries from interested buyers. I really think the work he did with the virtual staging of the house and marketing of the house made all the difference. I would recommend Eric to anyone interested in selling a property.

Eric was amazing start to finish with selling my Moms home. His knowledge and expertise guided me through every step. Eric's personality and kindness supported me the entire way. I highly recommend him. He kept multiple buyers around, I am so glad he did cause our first buyer backed out at the last minute but I was ok with that cause the next buyer came in at a higher offer.
