Eric Radziunas

I have lived in the area over 60 years. I grew up in North Haven, CT. and enjoyed fishing, riding my dirt bike and snowmobiling in CT. and VT. My first job was pumping gasoline at Radz Service Center. (My families Business) Working there for several years I knew that working with the public is what I enjoyed doing.

After graduating from North Haven High in 1983, I took a job installing and servicing in ground swimming pools for a local pool company (Jean-Faivre Pools). Starting out as a laborer and moving on to become a heavy equipment operator and crew foreman. I later became the Supervisor of installations and finally on to the Service Managers position. After many years there I moved on to a local General Contractor (General Paving & Heating) where I stayed for 16 years and obtained a diverse background in building construction, both commercial and residential. After sustaining a back injury in 2007 I could no longer work in the manner I was used to, so I attended the State of Connecticut Building Officials Licensure program, and obtained a State of CT. Building Officials License (CI).

In 2009 I took my knowledge and expertise and became a CT. Licensed Real Estate Agent. Since then I have been a "Top Producer" (Top 4% Nationally) and have received several awards including Connecticut Magazines "5 Star Real Estate Professional" and Coldwell Bankers prestigious 'President's' award.

I am a full-time Realtor and give the time and dedication that my clients deserve. With my local Knowledge and "Hands On" experience, I know I can help my clients Purchase or Sell their homes in a cost effective and timely manner.
