Eric Rhoads

Eric was born and raised in Fresno, California and spent his summers enjoying the beauty that Shaver Lake has to offer. From the time he was a child, he had dreams of someday calling Shaver Lake home. In 2009, Eric and his wife Melissa took the first steps in making their dreams a reality when they purchased property in Wildflower Village. They are currently in the process of building their new home.
In his spare time, Eric enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He can regularly be found exploring the trails in and around Shaver and Huntington Lakes on his mountain bike.

Eric started selling real estate in 2014 and is one of the office’s newest agents. Although new to real estate, he brings more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience. A graduate of Fresno State’s Sid Craig School of Business, Eric started his career working in a small family-run agricultural business exporting fruits and nuts to 52 countries. His experience in international business led him to roles with some of the largest and most recognizable corporations in the world.
