Eric is the best realtor I’ve ever dealt with. He is probably the 10th in my lifetime.

I’ve asked to see over 20 properties. He’s never late and every question has always been answered. Whether it’s can I raise chickens on the property to can I put in a shooting range Eric goes above and beyond.

I currently purchased one property with him which went smooth as glass, currently trying to buy a second property with him.

You cannot go wrong with this guy.

Eric worked with me for about 2 years trying to find the perfect place. He was always accommodating. I could reach him through test or call and he was always quick with a reply. Eric Rodia was really helpful in our case, we couldn't ask for more, he is very versatile and informed in the real estate market. The process is quite challenging but Eric made it easy for us, he did daily and hourly follow ups with us, gave us direction on everything.
