About Eric

Eric Sabourin moved to the Wilmington area from eastern Pennsylvania to pursue his education at the University of North Carolina-Wilmington. While attending school, he fell in love with the coastal lifestyle that southeastern North Carolina had to offer. Eric graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing and then set out to travel the world. Upon returning to the United States, the only place that he could imagine calling home was Wilmington. The warmth of the people, the ocean, and the area's natural beauty were all reasons that made this decision an easy one.

Eric's years of sales experience have focused him on delivering quality service, integrity and trust. He loves working with the general public, thus a career in Real Estate fits perfectly!
