From the moment I messaged him that I was ready to start the process of purchasing my first home, he responded immediately with lender recommendations and next steps. He was quick to schedule viewings of every house I sent his way, and was quick to get the offer in when I found the one! Eric is awesome and I'm extremely thankful for everything he did during a very challenging process.
We had buyers that had fiscal issues that drug out the closing past 75 days. Eric is very patient, resourceful, honest and straightforward about what the situation probably was (we couldn't know at the time, but he was right at each turn) and kept me in positive spirits when it was easy to be really frustrated.
The whole process was one of the most unique and difficult he'd ever seen. But Eric had the right perception the whole time.
When you find yourself in that situation, you'd want and need Eric in your corner. There were so many discouraging and disconcerting things and he had the knowledge, persistence and patience to find out what was happening and skill to push the process along even though none of it was on our end. Like I said, he's awesome.
At each and every step Eric was on top of the situation and made sure the house was in good shape (I had already moved on) and even fed the birds and squirrels for quite awhile. I can't be thankful enough.
There are people in the world that do things the right way and stay on top of things and meet every expectation a client could reasonably have. That is Eric in a very big nutshell.

Long overdue, but his happy new year text reminded me. I bought a house with Eric in 2019. He was incredibly fast at getting us in to see houses as soon as they hit the market, he helped us manage our expectations, but never pressured us to offer more than we were comfortable with. He really looked out for us and has impeccable integrity. Basically everything you could ask for in a realtor. Would not go with anyone else in the future. Happy New Years Eric!

Eric Seagle was my Real Estate agent for the very first home I purchased in Canal Winchester, Ohio. At the time, I wasn't even sure if I was going to buy a home, and fearing the pressure to go forward brought about reluctance. I remember asking him a simple question via email and he answered everything without every making me feel pressured. He directed me to a lender who could answer questions about qualifications for a mortgage loan who was also an excellent help to me. HANDS DOWN THE BEST! When I was married to my ex husband we found Eric's sign in a yard of a house we wanted to see. From there a great friendship grew! He helped put us into our first home and made to super easy!
