About Eric

Eric Seltz has built his real estate business one client at a time. He spent the earlier part of his career developing relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, and landscape architects so that he can provide a full range of services to his clientele at every price point. This not only includes the buying and selling of residential and commercial properties, but also home staging, turnkey renovations, downsizing, estate management, new construction, corporate relocation, consulting, and project management. His professionalism, experience, integrity, success, and discretion led to him to being asked to be one of the founding agents at Lenihan Sotheby’s International Realty in 2010 when the brokerage first opened in Louisville. In 2011 he was the top producing agent in the office, and he has remained a consistent top-selling agent since then.

Eric brings a unique professional perspective to the real estate arena as he has a master’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Michigan where his area of focus included urban design, aging in place, and adaptive re-use. Additional experience also includes management consulting roles in diverse corporate settings from small start-up companies to Fortune 100 national and international organizations. Eric is active in Louisville life where he has been involved in child advocacy organizations, charity work, musical study, and health and wellness endeavors.
