Team Eric and Stacey are amazing! They went above and beyond for us! I have never seen a realtor work as hard as they did besides my father that was a realtor and builder. Not only did they work hard to make sure our home sold quickly, but also to make sure we got into our new home by even making sure to smooth over every rough spot and to keep us as stress free as possible. I can’t say enough great things about them! Wow, Wow, Wow, just so amazed by the customer service, friendship, and hard work. Picking the Eric and Stacey Beardsley team is the best decision when it comes to buying or selling your home. While this might sound like you have heard this before, there is a real difference here. They really pulled through for us in the clutch, exceeded every possible expectation and are true friends throughout the process. They are the hardest working couple, not just for the real estate transaction, but every detail to even helping with landscaping, cleaning and a hundred other things no other agent would dream of doing. I have to say, buying and selling can be stressful, but they are always there, day or night, shoulder to shoulder to get the deal done and take the stress off you as much as possible. They always are straight shooters, and you always feels like they are in your corner, even when there are tough conversations needing to be had. They always have your back from acquisition, negotiation through inspection and closing. They will not let you leave money on the table. I can’t imagine anyone doing a better job, and we already have family members using their services because of the job they did for us (and we are difficult to please). Eric and Stacey Beardsley are an amazing real estate team! We needed to move quickly in one of the worst possible housing markets. There was little to no inventory and prices were volatile with bidding wars on every home. It was critical to our family that we remain in the same school zone. Eric and Stacey made themselves available for us to view homes within our busy schedule.

Team Beardsley displayed an in-depth knowledge of the market and knew exactly where we needed to be with our offer. Had we taken their advice on our first offer, we would have been in that home versus missing out by a few thousand dollars. With their help, we quickly found another home that was a better fit for our family. When it came time to place the second offer, I followed their advice, and the offer was accepted. We were on a time crunch, and they continued to push the sale through so that we could meet our deadline.

We recently sold our home with the help and support from Eric and Stacey. They do their homework when assessing your house to ensure you get optimal return on your home. Both Stacey and Eric communicated daily with us, even dropping by our home to see how things were going and see if we needed any assistance.
