I don’t know where to start, we had some nightmare experiences with other realtors and thought we would represent ourselves. (Bad idea) We then found Eric, he basically said umm you need a realtor and declared himself helping us which we loved. He worked with us to find us the perfect house in such a crazy market, even if a few houses fell through. The house we bought in the end really is perfect. We truly would not be homeowners today without him and his team. They are all super knowledgeable about real estate and make the first time home buying process way simpler. We loved Fairground, if we ever sell and purchase a new home again, my first call will be Eric!
