About Eric

Eric Stewart started his real estate career in 1987 and each year he and his group sell over 75 homes in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. The Eric Stewart Group has completed more than 4,000 real estate transactions in the DMV, placing Eric in the top 1% of Realtors® in the nation. With a comprehensive approach to marketing and a knack for negotiation, the Eric Stewart Group has built a reputation of trust and tireless persistence throughout the area and is comprised of a full team of real estate professionals who provide an unrivaled turn-key, home selling experience!

Eric has created the Seniors Solutions Team, made up of qualified Seniors Real Estate Specialists (SRES®), to help seniors with the Rightsizing process and the sale of their homes. He offers free seminars, publications, and workshops to guide seniors through this challenging time in their lives. Eric is also the founder of Widow Care, a non-profit organization focused on providing content, connections, and programs to those facing the loss of a spouse.

In addition to his community work, Eric has hosted a weekly radio talk show since 2004 on WMAL 105.9 FM. His show, “Getting Older with Eric Stewart”, runs every Sunday at 6:30 AM and
12:30 PM. Tune in and listen to a broad range of interviews and topics providing insights into living well while getting older!

Eric lives with his wife, Holly, and their dog, Toby, in Potomac, MD. They also spend time in Pawleys Island, SC when the real estate market allows. Eric loves history, art collecting, and international adventure travel.
