Our agent team was very knowledgeable of the current market trends. Lucy and Eric were very helpful and straight forward with us on the sale of our home. They went as far as helping us find contractors and fix things that were found in the inspection report. They are very professional in every aspect of the real estate business. Both Lucy and Eric would respond quickly if we sent him a text message or called him. Top notch customer service! Very smooth transition. Couldn't not have asked for better team! Would definitely use them again in the future.

Eric not only helped us sell our house, but we really felt like he was a partner in the process. He gave guidance all along the way, helped with coordinating contractors for some pre-sale repairs, and recommended steps to get the house ready.

We used Eric to help buy our first home several years ago so when it was time to get a bigger home for our family it was an easy decision to call Eric again. He helped tremendously in the navigation of interwoven sell and buy transactions for us. His knowledge of the appraisal process and real estate environment helped set realistic expectations for us as sellers and helped us to formulate an offer that got us a new home we are really in love with. From our very first conversation to close was about 4 months. He always answered his phone, even if it was for emotional support. He took us to see so many homes, worked with our work and childcare schedules, and really helped us formulate exactly what we were looking for, things we hadn't considered. We also had great experiences with all of Eric's business partners and recommended experts like stager, handyman, and inspector. I cant recommend Eric strongly enough: professional, straightforward, honest, knowledgeable.

We recently sold my mom’s house, which my parents had built in 1959. Since it was an old house, there were several issues that needed to be addressed before the house could be sold. Baird & Warner (“B&W”), especially Eric Sutherland, timely contacted and arranged for the various specialists to perform the required work.

This effort by Eric was such a relief and greatly appreciated in that I didn’t have to find the vendors myself. As a result, the work was performed timely and did not slow down the sales process, which went very smoothly.
