With roots firmly planted in Southern California, I have a profound understanding of my clients and their aspirations when it comes to real estate. Since 2015, I have dedicated myself to a career as a Realtor®, specializing in the Oxnard and Ventura beach & marina neighborhoods. Immersed in the local boating and yacht racing community, my passion for coastal living goes beyond professional commitments. My wealth of knowledge extends to the intricacies of Ventura County’s beach and harbor cities, including Malibu. Silverstrand Beach in Oxnard became a second home for my family in 2006, following over two decades in Malibu. A particular area of expertise lies in navigating the Channel Island Harbor dock home neighborhoods and the Hueneme Bay 55+ community. Understanding the nuances of Mello Roos, seawall maintenance, short-term rental laws, sewer line management, and more is where I excel. Beyond real estate, I am committed to giving back to thecommunity. Serving as the Commodore of Anacapa Yacht Club in 2021 reflects my dedication, as does my role as a Boardmember of the Caregivers Sailathon since 2017—an initiative focused on raising funds for seniors in need. In 2023, I proudly joined the board of the Pacific Corinthian Youth Foundation, contributing to the summer sailing program at the Pacific Corinthian Yacht Club.
