Eric Thompson

Eric Thompson is the leader of Find HR Homes at RE/MAX Peninsula and the owner of EJT Property Management, LLC. He founded Find HR Homes as a way to simplify the homebuying process in Hampton Roads, Virginia and help buyers fall in love with this beautiful region!

Eric graduated from Virginia Tech in 2000 with a BA in Legal Studies then became a licensed Virginia Real Estate Broker shortly after. He has been a Virginia Peninsula Association of Realtors award winner for over a decade; Howard Hanna William E. Wood top selling agent/team for 2009, 2010 and 2014; and is consistently in the top 3% for Hampton Roads Realtor sales.

Growing up in Hampton Roads has allowed him to not only understand the area geographically, but also its culture. Southeast Virginia is rich in history and has many attractions for its residents. As a full-time Real Estate Agent since 2002, Eric has helped hundreds of people purchase, manage, and invest in real estate in the Hampton Roads area. Real estate has been a big part of his life from an early age. Learning the home renovation business from his father, inspiring him to add some house-flipping experience to his resume as well, and having a mother in real estate gave Eric the confidence and skills on how to best approach buying and selling real estate.
