I know my own taste and so I picked out most of the houses to look at, but he made it happen every time and was always on the spot with the info and documents I wanted to see.

Eric was very diligent in my search for a home. If I wanted to view something, he had me an appointment made the very next day at whatever time worked best for me. The seller of the home I was pursuing ended up not wanting to come down to appraised value and when I decided to discontinue my search for the time being, due to being far along in my pregnancy, he was graceful about it and didn't pressure me. He also has a sense of humor and was fun to work with. I highly recommend Eric Watson! When I'm ready to try again, he will be my choice of realtor.
