I don’t even know where to begin. Erica went above and BEYOND for us. She spent a month and a half to help me find my mom a condo that suits her perfectly. On top of her game the whole time. I was not able to attend closing she even met my mom at the bank to ensure extra help for closing. Right down to the last final walk through to which she noticed minor things we asked to be done that were not and she made sure they would be done! The little things did not go unnoticed and she was always able to get me into showings right away and worked with my schedule. Always in contact and replying to us in late hours and early mornings. Erica is an amazing relator! If you are in the market looking for a home, she is your girl!! Can’t thank her enough!

We worked with Erica and her team during the height of the pandemic and as housing prices soared. Erica and her team met with us at house showings sometimes within a 24 hour turnaround. After about 30+ showings and 10 offers, we finally landed our home. Erica and her team walked us through the entire process with ease since we were first time homebuyers. We trusted all of Erica's recommendations from home lenders to inspectors and we couldn't have been happier with all of them. Erica was our realtor when we purchased our first home in April of 2020. I could go on and on about how great she was but I'll keep it simple. Extremely professional, we had no idea what we were doing and Erica was more than willing to explain things, answer questions and even point things out to us that we would have missed entirely. Her responsiveness was amazing! The home we ended up purchasing came onto the market late one evening, and she managed to not only add an additional property to a day full of visits already, but managed to get us into the first viewing slot available. From our first viewing to our last her positive attitude never faltered and she continued to find property after property until we had made our choice. Erica truly made our home searching process enjoyable and comfortable.
