Erica did a phenomenal job! She was willing to show houses later in the day and on weekends to work around our schedule, any questions I had, got answered asap and she would spend all night looking for houses that might interest us. The whole process was made simple. We were able to sign documents electronically, she handled any and all financial questions with the sellers agent and my home loan officer. And last but certainly not least she has an amazing personality and really cares about her clients! I would 10/10 recommend her and look forward to working with her in the future!
