Erica Dagle

Erica, a Portland native, bought her first home at nineteen. The stability of home ownership gave her a sense of freedom and inspiration. Erica felt empowered by this decision, and it confirmed her belief in the benefits of buying a home at a young age.

At twenty-one, inspired to help others pursue their dream of home ownership, she started her career with Portland’s Alternative Realtors, where she has thrived and has loved making a difference for hundreds of clients looking to buy or sell their homes. A few years later, in 2005, Erica became a co-owner.

Erica now owns her primary residence, multiple rental properties, and a coastal property. She has facilitated several renovation projects on her homes, as well as collaborating on the design and building of her own ADU. Through the years, Erica has developed a vast network of contractors, designers, architects and more, to provide as a resource to her clients. She has managed her own Airbnb properties and has mastered Portland’s complicated rental laws and short-term rental rules and regulations.

Erica simply loves her work, and it shows. As a wife and mother of two children, she is sensitive to her clients’ need for family and personal life balance and a stress-free experience as they go through the buying or selling process. Her clients describe her as patient, personable, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and attentive.
