Five stars doesn't even come close to representing the service that Erica and Scott provided us with. From searching for a new home in a tough market to selling our primary home Erica felt more like a partner than a realtor. She not only consulted with us but actually rolled up her sleeves and helped us prepare our home for sale and insured an efficient sale at a price we were happy with. On the other end of the transaction she was patient and accommodating during our search. Once we found the home we wanted, she negotiated tirelessly on my family's behalf and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Throughout both transactions there were speed bumps and hiccups as with most deals but we never lost confidence and Erica never let us down, muscling through every detail both small and large. Our purchase required several months of "after sale" items to be addressed and she was there all the way. These weren't our first transactions but they were the smoothest by far. We have additional real estate transactions on the horizon and there is zero doubt who will be helping us navigate them. We are so grateful for the care and expertise that both Erica and Scott provided us with.

Erica and Scott really went above and beyond for our family during the process of purchasing our new home. it was an unusual case in that we were combining both myself and my daughters families together into one home, so we both had to sell our previous homes and combine everything together. That made for some, shall we say, tricky legal issues not to mention trying to pack up 2 houses at the same time.
I would recommend Erica and Scott to anyone who is looking for a home in eastern PA, they really know their stuff and are very professional and knowledgeable and helped steer us around some possible gottchas :-) As far as i'm concerned, 5 stars are not enough, so i would give them 100 stars if I could :-)

Erica was the agent I worked with for about 5 years. With the pandemic and work, I constantly had to change where I wanted to look and purchase my home. Erica was patient and gave a lot of good advice. She was straightforward when it came to picking the perfect home. She's not one to try to convince you into a bad purchase. She has your best interest in mind and is the first to speak up if she thought I overlooked a detail or two.
She also helped a ton with finding the best mortgage rates, title company, and insurance when I did make an offer.
I saved a ton going into my first purchase. There were bumps on the way but Erica and her team made sure that I felt comfortable with the process.

If you want to sell your house fast and at the best price you can get for it, Erica Fair is the Realtor to contact! I was hesitant at first because selling a house is extremely stressful and worrisome. But Erica was highly recommended so I decided to give her a chance.

And wow am I glad I did! She was extremely professional, understood the position my ex-wife and I were in and the urgency of selling the house quickly. She was extremely responsive and sympathetic to our situation.

Erica kept all parties involved posted along the way via text, e-mail and phone calls. I don't know how she did it but the house went up for sale in a matter of days after we met with her.

Now this really blew me away! In the first two days, 27 INTERESTED PARTIES looked at the house! A bidding war ensued and after only two days the house was sold for much more than the asking price! It was a blessing for both my ex-wife and I. We were so happy we chose her!

About roughly three weeks later after the title company did their thing and all the other tasks that come with selling a house, we were sitting in settlement I believe exactly a month after we met with her the first time!

Settlement was quick and easy. It was painless as possible. Everything was thoroughly explained and we were in and our in a matter of a little over an hour. Please note that our case was a little different which is why settlement happened so quick but expect the same professionalism from Erica and her co-workers as we received.

She is by far the best realtor I've ever dealt with in my life and will be recommending her to everyone that is in need of realtor services.
