Erica, is an awesome realtor. She goes the extra mile for her clients. We felt she had our vision when selecting homes for us. We met by chance and that relationship blossomed into a great friendship. Erica, will direct you to lenders who will fight for you and give awesome interest rates and assistance for 1st time home buyers. In this tough market, she proved to be dependable and available to her clients. She answered questions and helped educate inexperienced home buyers. She was so patient and understanding of my needs regarding help with paper work and understanding the home buying process.
