Erica and Jennifer , are really the best around . I was a ball of emotions with the process of purchasing a home . They held my hand and reassured me every step of the way , that I would be just fine . From, the very first phone call speaking with Erica , I knew I could trust her and the process . Jenn , dealt with my indecisiveness so professionally and she is very observant of what you are looking for. We are very thankful once again for the very professional and excellent services provided by Erica Jackson and Complex Living. We closed escrow on a beautiful waterfront duplex in 2020 using her service. Both sides are fully rented and profitable. Of course when we decided to expand, we turned to Complex Living again. In a very difficult and changing market, Erica kept us positive and helped us to find another investment property, priced right. Our transaction could be considered difficult on many levels in that it was an investment property during a time that there was very little inventory within our guidelines, interest rate hikes and it was out of our area. We looked everywhere from NorCal to SoCal. Erica was right there on our behalf until we found the perfect property at the right price, in a great marketable location to add to our portfolio. We were given a very clear timeline and introduced to all team players from title to escrow from the start. Our lender changed at the beginning of escrow opening, not a problem. Erica and Complex Living smoothly brought the new lender aboard and saw the transaction through to closing. We highly recommend Erica and Complex Living to handle simple to very difficult transactions. We are clients for life.

Erica and her complexed living team are amazing my experience with her being was the best experience being a first time home buyer . I would tell anybody to go to her which I have been. the agent that I work with was Amanda wonderful experience she answered all my questions along with Erica answering all my questions. They had patience with me , as me being a first time home buyer. I was scared and not knowing what was going on they walked me through it step by step me and my 27-year-old son we both did this together.We are so happy being a first time home buyer and will tell anybody to take this journey stick with complex living Eric and her team.😁😁😁😁😁

Anyone who is looking to purchase home please let me know. I will direct you the A team! I heard people complain about their home buying process, but I can't relate. We had the best real estate agent ever, Erica Jackson. Erica and her team were informative and so efficient and helpful. We couldn't have been in better hands. [Long Review] My family and I suffered a traumatic loss in 2019. We lost our father and my mother lost her husband of 40+years. My mother told my siblings and I that she was ready to move. I found Erica through a friend of mines who had recently purchased her first home. Being completely clueless about the housing market and buying opportunities, I reached out to Erica and explained what recently happened and that we’re all new to the buying process. Erica was so compassionate, caring and understanding of our situation. She sat down with us, gave us a timeline and put us in contact with the right people to help boost our credit. She checked in with us on a monthly basis to see where we were at in the process. When we were finally ready to purchase, we told her that we are looking for a home with 2 master suites because my mother and I were purchasing together. Getting discouraged because we couldn’t find the “perfect” home and had been searching for some time, Erica found it!! It had just been put on the market and Erica made an appointment so that we can view the house that day. We came to see the house, fell in love and let Erica work her magic. It’s been almost a year in our home and she was able to find my sister a home right around the corner from us! Erica is compassionate, caring, attentive, resourceful, very professional and well versed in the realty business. Her team is a reflection of her and working with Phylicia has been such a great experience as well. I highly recommend the Complex team if your looking to purchase or even thinking about purchasing.
