Erica is very professional, dedicated realtor, she is on top of real estate market so she gives good advice on sale or purchase of property. She is with the client from the beginning to the end, preparing all the necessary paperwork to be looked over and signed, answering all the concerns one might have, in contact with the attorney office and answering the phone in timely manner. She is a gem among realtors. A+++++

I would give 6 stars if I could. Erica was always available for my never-ending questions and booked showings for homes that checked all of my boxes. She was very accommodating during the COVID era and made the entire experience comfortable, easy-going and understandable especially for a first time buyer. I highly recommend her to all my friends!
