I highly recommend Erica and her Company for any of your real estate needs. Honestly, the best experience with a real estate professional I've ever experienced. I'm currently stationed in South Korea and not able to be on hand for the sale process. Erica took care of everything and kept me informed every step of the way. From repairs, upgrades and cleaning to the final sale, she put my families interests first. Not only taking care of what needed to be done, but explaining every step of the process. Selling a house is complicated and a bit intimidating, but she made it easy for my family.

I was selected for a Joint Duty assignment and had less than 2 months from the time I was notified I was selected and the date I had to report in. The hassle and stress of trying to get our home ready to sell, packing, and finding a new home in another state while taking care of two toddlers would have been impossible if not for Erica’s knowledge and help. Erica did the research to make sure we knew exactly what our home was worth and had us under contract the same weekend we listed. Her extensive network of connections to everyone from cleaners to photographers had our house looking better than the day we moved in and undoubtedly was the reason we had multiple showings and offers. However the best part was how effortless everything went through closing and how quickly we got paid allowing us to pay off all of our debt and bills and move into our new home. No better realtor in Central Texas.
Erica is amazing! By far one of my favorite people, top 5 at least! Erica goes above and beyond to accommodate her clients and treats you like friends and family rather than like a client. Not only did Erica help me with my recent sale, she was my realtor when I originally bought my home. Buying the home we threw every obstacle at her possible and she overcame everything. When we first bought our home I was deployed to Syria and my wife was still living in Florida, Erica did everything she could to make the process easy and less stressful on us. Same goes for the sale of the property. She absolutely killed it! Again, with us being remote because we currently live in Florida again, she took care of everything without a hiccup. I truly believe you won’t find a more dedicated and caring realtor in Central Texas. I recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell, and I know for a fact if I move back to Texas one day, she’ll be the first person I call!

Best Relator Ever!!!!
I needed to sell my house which wasn’t going to be an easy task because the house was older and needed a lot of work before a bank would provide anyone with a loan. I attempted to sell the house once before using a different relator but didn’t have any luck due to the house not passing a conventional loan inspection. After speaking to a few different people seeking direction, we were given Erica’s contact information and advised she may be the only person with the knowledge to get us through the difficult process. Due to the previous experience, I was skeptical but decided to contact Erica and see if she was willing and able to help me. As soon as I explained the situation to Erica, I knew she was the correct person to sell an older house that needed work. She immediately understood the situation and knew exactly how to handle it. Eric took control and handled everything. My house was sold in approximately two weeks to an investor. I was happy and he was happy. It was a win, win situation for everyone involved. Erica even went as far as meeting us at the signing just in case we had any questions. Erica is the only relator I will ever use again. Contact her and you will be very happy with your experience.

Where to begin…right off the top…Erica is AWESOME!! She helped sell my parent’s house in Killeen even though my husband and I lived in the Dallas area. She kept in contact with us, letting us know what was going on with the offers coming in. She was able to answer all of the questions and addressed any concerns that we had. She helped find repair businesses for items that needed to be repaired within the house and recommended a great cleaning person. When it came time to pick an offer, she met with us to discuss the offers and the process. She was very helpful as she listened to us discuss who we felt was a better fit for the house. This house was my parent’s home for over 30 yrs and I did not want it to go to a person who was just going to flip the house. One of the offers that came was a perfect fit and Erica agreed (after I had already made the decision) that I made the right choice. After the sell was completed, she followed up to ensure that I had felt comfortable with the choice and that I was doing ok with the sell. You may ask why, it was because we lost my dad in 2012 and we had just lost my mom in January of 2021, so she knew this was a hard step for me. Erica was recommended to us by friends that are realtors as well and I say they make an AWESOME recommendation. I recommend Erica as a great realtor to use for either selling or buying a home. Erica helped us buy our first home without us physically seeing it in person before going under contract. She also helped us sell the same home during the recent home buying craziness of 2021. Both situations we were out of state and in different time zones. We experienced zero negative surprises post purchase and post sale - but we did save and make money on each transaction.

In both instances she was fully transparent in all dealings and details. She communicates very well and she knows her audience, answering each of our unique concerns and questions above satisfaction. She was always prompt and timely in all correspondence/communication, and guided (reminded) us to ensure timely negotiation and contract execution to buy and sell the house quickly, efficiently, without error. She worked with our schedules, and made purchasing and selling our home while out of state in both instances an absolute breeze. She most definitely earned our full trust to work with again, and we highly recommend her to anyone else who has high standards in customer service, is detail oriented, and wants or needs to buy or sell a home quickly. We cannot recommend her higher as a first time buyer or seller. We never once felt pressured by Erica do do anything we didn’t want to do or didn’t feel comfortable doing.

Thank you Erica for making what can easily be a very stressful endeavor, one of the most stress-free major purchase and sales we have ever had.

Most thorough and considerate agent I've ever dealt with.

Erica was amazing. My initial request was 5+ bedrooms in a nice neighborhood. I sent Erica some of the ones I found and she searched for others within the area. We looked at every single one. I wasn't happy with the cost of some and the looks of others, so she found a builder. She showed me the floor plans and it had everything I wanted. When something wasn't right with the construction she addressed it immediately with the builders and answered every question I had no matter now late I texted her. In the end I got a new built home with everything I asked for. If you want an agent who cares about her clients and works hard to get you want you want she's your agent. Make sure you ask her opinion (you don't have to, but I did), because she saved me a lot of money by doing comparisons to the other houses in the neighborhoods we looked in. Some houses were overpriced and others were priced low because the inside of the house wasn't up to par. Thanks Erica.
