Erica Mears

Erica first came to Seattle in 2008 and immediately fell in love with the area. In her native country of Brazil, Erica was a very successful businesswoman, lawyer, and builder of custom homes. She moved to the U. S. permanently in 2013, and after several years of dreaming of a real estate career, she put her plan into action by obtaining her Real Estate license in 2018. Erica is happy to be a part of The Eastside Real Estate Team and brings with her a keen eye for home design and a sophisticated sense of style. She takes great satisfaction in helping each client find the perfect home, or selling their current home efficiently so that they can have the best possible experience.
