Erica Rose was our realtor in 2019 and she has been amazing!! My wife was complaining about the AC unit earlier this summer 2021 and she was really just venting about something minor. She wasn’t even asking for help but Erica called to help us get in contact with the right company to get it fixed. We never asked her but she has always been helpful.
