Erica made our dream of being first time home owners easier than I ever thought it would. From the moment we met her at the open house of the home which is now our home, she was super kind, extremely knowledgable about the home, and she was motivated with helping us achieve our goal of purchasing it. A few hours after we left, she called us asking if we would like to put in an offer, we did, and she promptly called back letting us know it was accepted! In this crazy market, we were thrilled to hear this huge news! Erica made it happen! We owe so much of the fact that we own a beautiful new home to Erica. Please Read! We were told to use a local realtor to sell our home as they know the market the best-I felt uncomfortable with the two I interviewed that told me the comps show that on my street (country road), I wouldn't get that much for my home because people want neighborhoods, etc. I interviewed Erica because I wanted another opinion from someone else. She told us that our home was amazing, that people would love the land and privacy and that the other comps were way too low. I understand that sometimes realtors tell you things just to get a listing-not Erica-not only did she price it 150,000 more than the other two realtors, but we had full price and over asking within the first two days!!!! I was amazed and glad I trusted my gut to sign with her. We moved within one month! In addition, she knew all the professional people to help us along, and each one stepped up to our complete satisfaction- I can't say enough about Erica's expertise and intuition on what makes a complete package come to fruition. Do not hesitate interviewing her and you will instantly see what I am referring to!

I used Erica as the seller’s agent on a property recently and had an excellent experience. She is professional, knowledgeable, and communicates promptly and thoroughly. Even with tenants in the property, she arranged staging, photography, an open house, and multiple showings without a hitch.
