Hello My name is Erica Smith. I am originally from Arizona but relocated to Virginia Beach in 2001. I have been in real estate for 10 years now and I absolutely love it!! Helping people find the home of their dreams is not only rewarding to them but to me as well. I love the excitement of it all.

I started out in this industry working with investors. My husband has a construction background and his family dabbled in real estate quite a bit.They gave me the opportunity to learn real estate investment. From there I ventured into short sales, bank owned properties, and resell. I have learned so much through the years and am looking forward to helping more people reach their real estate goals.
