Erica is an amazing realtor. This was my 5th move and she is by far my favorite. She was very responsive to my questions and answered them in a timely manner. She is meticulous with details when staging and throughout the showing process. She was able to explain the listing, showing and staging processes thoroughly and was very knowledgeable with the questions I asked. I highly recommend her to anyone that needs a realtor.

Erica is THE best realtor! She helped us buy our first home in Denver and when we moved to Texas we were so thrilled to use her again! She makes the stressful home buying process truly fun. She is very knowledgeable from start to finish and stands out among other agents in this way. She doesn’t insert her opinions and gives you space to consider options but also has super valuable insight to add any time you ask. She is very detail oriented, organized, and takes a lead role in the process. She truly cares for her clients and is patient through the process. We pulled out of contract on a home last minute and she supported us every step of the way and ensured we found a great home. We can’t recommend her enough.

Must use Erica Stegner! She was there every step of the way. Not only is she a joy to be around, she made the process feel easy and painless. Answered all of our questions with zero judgment, so helpful and she really hustled to help get my family into the home of our dreams.
