Erica Tenorio

Erica Tenorio was born in Houston, and raised here in San Antonio, Texas. After graduating from Holmes High School, she went onto work for a Federal Credit Union in their Human Resources Department and from there she realized that real estate was the direction she wanted to take. Erica went on to work in the Title Industry and soon after became an Underwriter for many prominent Lenders in Texas. Including KB Home, CTX Mortgage, and Wacovia. Thereafter, while working in property management, Erica obtained her Real Estate Licensed which she specialized in residential first time homebuyers. After a successful career in residential real estate helping many clients find their dream home Erica gravitated towards the commercial sector of real estate. With an extensive and knowledgeable understanding of the real estate purchasing process of buying and selling, Erica has all the tools and resources to help any client with their real estate needs.
