Erica Tibbs

Erica is born and raised in the Capital Region, and has lived here all of her life. In her previous career as a medical assistant, she had the opportunity to assist a personal client with the sale of her property, and as a result, she developed a passion for real estate and decided a career change was in order.

Erica has a strong motivation to succeed and a determination to exceed her real estate clients’ expectations. She is hands on and welcomes the chance to roll up her sleeves and negotiate the tough deals and help guide her clients down their journey on buying and/or selling their home or property. She is able to service all of the counties surrounding the Capital Region and Greene and Columbia counties as well.

Currently, Erica lives in the Troy/Green Island area with her family and loves basketball, hiking, exploring NYC, and is an avid traveler.
