Erica was born and raised in the Bay Area and holds deep roots throughout the community. Her great grandparents moved to the area in the early 1900's settling in San Jose and Gilroy.
Erica has always had a love of houses and people which has made her one of the best in the business! She started her career in real estate in 2001 and has weathered the many changes in the market. After the real estate crash of 2007, Erica decided to return to college earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2009. She still focused on real estate during that time and began to see how her degree could benefit her transactions and clients.
Shortly after graduating Erica returned to one of her loves, working with investors to buy foreclosed homes, renovating for resale. She spent countless hours at the foreclosure auction, understanding the process, and how to get a good deal. She established great relationships with contractors, lawyers, rental agencies, and other investors which enabled her to provide superior service to her real estate clients, often negotiating off-market deals for her buyers during competitive bidding environments.
In addition to working with investors, Erica has worked with new home builders, land developers, commercial clients, as well as first time buyers, empty nesters, and those looking to downsize or upsize. There is no deal she cannot negotiate!
Erica makes sure every property she lists is presented in the best condition to achieve top dollar. Knowing prices street by street is essential in any market and Erica prides herself on her understanding of value. She has great relationships with local agents, title companies, lenders, and inspectors and tries her best to make the process of buying or selling a home as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
Erica is creative, thinking freely to make deals happen. "I love what I do. I love helping my clients with one of the biggest decisions in their life.
